St Louis Estate Care Facility

In 2007, planning commenced in consultation with St Louis Estate residents to develop a unique, integrated service at St Louis Estate through the co-location of premium quality retirement accommodation with the best available high care in a world class, boutique aged care facility. This new facility will embrace the Eden Principles and Greehouse Model and offer hotel-style accommodation and services. Construction commenced in late 2009 and the new facility is expected to be operational by mid 2011.

CHC has also launched an in-home care service for St Louis Estate residents and the local community, from St Louis Estate.

Growth Strategy

CHC is working on a number of opportunities to develop premium aged care facilities on greenfield sites and within established retirement estates.

CHC is also working on a range of projects to develop retirement estates which reaffirm retirees' life achievements and reward them with the comfort and reassurance of co-located health services.
